Certified Flaggers Only

Method Traffic Services provides only certified flaggers, no matter what traffic management project we’re working on. We understand the importance of training and certification, and only certified personnel work with our customers, so their knowledge is superior, and they truly put safety first.

What Does a Flagger Do?

Certified Flaggers direct traffic in, out, and around the work zone. They hold signs that generally say “Slow” on one side and “Stop” on the other side. They indicate to drivers to navigate the work zone in the safest manner possible, for themselves, motorists, and the workers.

They sometimes work in teams, with one certified flagger posted at different points in the work zone. They oversee the communication and coordination within the site, and they’re paramount in managing the protection of the workers within the zone.

They often use equipment, such as cones and barricades and two-way radios.

Certified Flaggers at Method Traffic Services are specialists in the industry and ensure a safer standard in our work zones.
